What we collect

• Your name, email address and mobile number.
• The cleaning address, postcode, parking and access details.
• Details of your booking, such as service, property size, bathrooms, extras, date, time and price.
• Payment confirmations from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Why we use it

• To give you a quote and to arrange and carry out your clean.
• To take your booking payment and process refunds.
• To contact you about your appointment, including confirmations and changes.
• To keep records for accounting and legal obligations.

We rely on performance of our contract with you for booking and cleaning, and on our legitimate interests for service messages and record keeping. Where we ask for consent, such as review invitations, you may withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the cleaner attending your property, our payment provider (Stripe) to take your booking payment, and our website, email and SMS service providers. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for up to six years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Access instructions are kept only for as long as needed to deliver your cleans.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain processing, or ask us to restrict it. Contact us on 07949139576 and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Security

Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider over an encrypted connection.
